Your goal is to make sure client questions are clearly addressed and that any feedback or concerns are communicated effectively to the internal team. This position is focused purely on communication—there is no requirement to prepare detailed reports or extensive documents. Instead, you will keep brief, organized notes in our shared system and highlight key action points to help the team stay on track. Since we collaborate across different time zones, flexibility in your schedule is important.
