I run Urreal3D, a studio that creates high-quality 3D clothing animations for fashion brands. I’m looking for a professional female representative who can take over day-to-day client communication so I can stay focused on production. What the role looks like • You will manage both WhatsApp and Instagram DM threads, replying promptly to enquiries, sending pricing decks or sample links when needed, and scheduling follow-up calls. • When a brand owner wants to talk, you’ll jump on a quick voice or video call, answer questions about our service workflow, delivery times, and file formats, then relay any technical requirements back to me. • You’ll also coordinate feedback rounds, making sure reference images, style notes, and approval checkpoints reach the right member of our team. Key skills Fluency in English is essential; clear diction and a friendly but confident tone on calls will help us convert leads. Hindi is a plus because a share of our clients are based in India. Prior customer-service or account-management experience—especially with creative or SaaS businesses—will make onboarding smoother. Fit & availability This is fully remote with flexible hours; messages come in throughout the day but peak around GMT+5:30 afternoons. I don’t have a hard deadline, rather I’m looking to build a long-term collaboration that grows as the studio scales.
