Female Front Office Receptionist

I need someone who can own our reception desk from the very first hello. Your day will revolve around traditional front-office duties: welcoming every visitor with a genuine smile, guiding them to the right place, and, at peak hours, taking food orders for the restaurant section and keying them into our POS system. Because you will be the face of the business, solid customer-handling skills and clear, friendly communication are essential. You should also be comfortable with basic computer work—updating the visitor log, entering orders quickly and accurately, and keeping simple records so the kitchen and management always know what’s going on.
