I need a self-managed Tellecaller to take charge of customer support calls for several finance-sector clients. You will be the first point of contact for account holders, guiding them through questions about statements, payments, and general product features while staying fully compliant with industry guidelines. Scope of work • Answer and return calls during an agreed service window using either our cloud dialer or your own VoIP setup. • Log every interaction in our CRM in real time, flagging tickets that need escalation. • Follow the supplied knowledge base; when answers are unavailable, gather the details and create a ticket for our back-office team. • Send a concise end-of-day report so we can track volumes, resolutions, and any open issues. Deliverables 1. Daily call log exported from the CRM 2. Weekly performance summary (average handle time, first-call resolution, pending cases) Acceptance criteria • 90 % of calls answered within three rings • Minimum 70 % first-call resolution • Complete and accurate notes for every interaction You will work remotely, set your own hours inside the 9 AM–9 PM IST service band, and invoice per milestone. All taxes, equipment, and connectivity remain your responsibility, giving you full flexibility and control over your business.
