Friendly Zoom Meeting Assistant

I run client discovery and sales calls for a technology-focused service, and I want an extra friendly face in the room. Your sole responsibility is to join each scheduled Zoom session as my “assistant,” greet everyone warmly, listen in, and drop one or two light-touch questions when appropriate so the conversation feels collaborative and engaging. There is no selling, pitching, or follow-up admin work involved—I handle all of that. You simply need to show up on time, keep your camera on, maintain a professional backdrop, and project genuine friendliness throughout the call.
