I’m Mary Kris Dela Cruz,31 years of age, residing in Rizal, Philippines with an experience in Customer service, Administrative work and Data entry with this set of skills let me help you.
I worked in customer service industry for more than 6 years as Shift Supervisor and my primary job was to ensure that my team is delivering “world class customer service” by making every customer feel special. I am also an office work champion I handled task such us manpower scheduling ensuring that we have enough staff to run every shift, inventories and supplies ordering management where I’m in charge in overseeing every item in the store and inputting data in excel, reporting repair to technician facilities and weekly sales report to know how the store did for the past week and forecast if I need to adjust weekly ordering. I’m also an email specialist wherein I need answer emails from different department I used yahoo, Gmail and Outlook, likewise I also facilitate presentation report and planning for an important meeting.
Likewise, I have a set of skills that will help me accomplish the job task successfully. I am highly organized person. I have advanced computer skills and more importantly I have willingness to learn.
