Inbound leads for our B2B software suite arrive every day through phone, email and live-chat, and I need those enquiries handled quickly and professionally. Your job is to greet each prospect, uncover their pain points, give clear product information and move them to the next step—whether that’s booking a demo or closing an online purchase. You’ll be working exclusively with business-focused tools, so an understanding of typical corporate workflows (CRM, ERP, integrations, subscriptions) will help you speak the customer’s language. All outreach is inbound; there is no cold calling involved. Timely responses within business hours and concise, well-documented notes in our CRM are essential. To be considered, show me examples of past work where you handled inbound sales or customer success for software products—brief bullet points or links are fine. If you have experience juggling several channels at once or have worked with VoIP systems, Zendesk, Intercom or similar, feel free to mention it. I’ll share scripts, the product knowledge base and access to our cloud phone system once we start, and I’ll be available for quick questions as you ramp up.
