TRANSPORT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES VShip Logistics will provide the load details. Example: Bengaluru → Visakhapatnam Vehicle Required: 14 ft LCV Load: 1 Ton Your Responsibilities: 1. Receive the load details from VShip Logistics. 2. Search for truck owners and transport companies near the pickup location using: - Google Search - Google Maps - Justdial - Transport directories - Your own contacts 3. Call truck owners and check vehicle availability. 4. Negotiate the best possible rate. 5. Arrange a suitable vehicle for the load. 6. Collect and share: - Vehicle Number - Driver Number - Owner Name - Final Agreed Rate 7. Confirm the vehicle after approval from VShip Logistics. 8. Provide loading and vehicle status updates when required. Important: As soon as a load is assigned, start calling immediately. Delays can result in losing the load. Your main goal is: Receive Load → Find Truck Owner → Negotiate Rate → Arrange Vehicle → Close Deal Quickly.
