Concierge Operations Specialist (Luxury Travel) Remote | Full-time | High-Touch | Tech-Enabled | Global Clients The Role As a Concierge Operations Specialist, you are responsible for executing and delivering a member’s trip once the travel strategy has been defined by a Travel Advisor. You own the operational details. From itinerary builds to bookings, in-trip monitoring, and post-trip follow-up, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role, not sales or trip strategy. If you thrive on detail, structure, and follow-through, this role is for you.
