Many newcomers still find our value proposition confusing, so your knack for explaining fees, payout cycles, and promotional tools in crisp Hindi and English is essential. The job doesn’t end at activation. You’ll help every new partner publish their very first listing—crafting accurate titles, pricing, stock counts, and images—so they see revenue quickly. All activity, notes, and next steps must live inside the CRM, supported by tidy Excel or Google Sheets reports that keep lead status, verification checkpoints, and follow-up dates transparent for the wider team.
