We are a fast-growing Whatnot live streaming channel with 100,000 followers specialising in football card breaks, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfilment & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining ecommerce fulfilment, packing, and customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and that customer queries are handled professionally. Key Responsibilities Sorting & Order Accuracy Organise football cards into predefined categories (teams, players, buyers, etc.) Accurately identify customer “hits” from live breaks Match cards and items correctly to each buyer’s order Packing & Fulfilment Pick and pack customer orders with care and attention to detail Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit Prepare orders for dispatch, including labelling and organising shipments Maintain a clean, organised packing workspace Shipping & Tracking Print and apply shipping labels using order management software Follow an organised workflow to minimise errors Monitor packing materials and flag when supplies need restocking Customer Service & Communication Respond to customer queries regarding orders and deliveries Liaise with the live streaming team to resolve order discrepancies Report damaged or missing items promptly Support the wider customer service function as needed Requirements Previous experience in customer service and packing/fulfilment is preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Basic computer skills (order systems, label printing) An interest of football is desirable but not required What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: Takes pride in accuracy and organisation Enjoys working behind the scenes to support a live sales operation Is reliable, proactive, and a strong team player Thrives in a small, close-knit team environment
