You will receive between five and ten inbound calls a day from customers who want to place or adjust retail orders. You need to pick up each call promptly, speak with the shopper in clear and fluent English, and do three things before we hang up: 1. Capture the exact product name or SKU the customer wants, together with the quantity. 2. Confirm the correct shipping address. 3. Resolve any basic questions or issues about availability, sizing, delivery time frames, returns, or similar concerns. No payment is taken on the phone, so you will never handle card details—just the two data points above and a friendly, knowledgeable answer to their query. After every call, note the conversation in my order-management sheet and flag anything that needs my direct follow-up. You will work through my cloud-based VOIP line (I’ll share access) and Google Sheet order log. A concise daily summary of calls handled, orders logged, and any unresolved issues will be our acceptance criteria.
