Receive Furniture Delivery

I’ll be out of town when a bulky furniture item is scheduled to arrive and simply need someone on-site to handle the drop-off. Your job is to meet the delivery crew, sign for the shipment, quickly check that the exterior packaging hasn’t been crushed or torn, and direct them to place the piece in a specific room inside the house. No assembly or installation is required—once it’s set down where I indicate, you’re done. To reassure us both, please snap a couple of photos after placement and message them to me right away so I can confirm everything looks okay. The carrier will give a two-hour window; I’ll provide the exact date, address, and room details once we agree to work together. That’s all there is to it: be punctual, supervise the move to the correct room without damaging walls or floors, sign the paperwork, and send me proof of delivery.
