Our custom sportswear company (soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and more) is looking for professional, English-fluent receptionist to handle inbound calls, emails, and quote request Responsibilities: • Answer inbound sales calls confidently and professionally • Ask discovery questions (sport, quantity, design, customization, timeline) • Create and send invoices/quotes to customers • Follow up on open quotes via email • Redirect order status calls to the processing team (script provided) • Log all calls and customer details in our system • Lead intake Schedule: Calls and emails come in during PST business hours (8am–5pm). There are two coverage shifts available: • Morning: 8:00am–12:30pm PST • Afternoon: 12:30pm–5:00pm PST This is a low-volume inbound role. Some days may be quiet, but when calls or emails do come in, it’s important that you’re available and responsive. Requirements: • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or professional accent preferred.
