Reengagement Calls & Address Verification

I need help reconnecting with a list of former customers, persuading them to place a new order while also confirming that the physical mailing address we have on file is still accurate. You will be provided with a spreadsheet that contains the client name, last purchase date, current address on record, and basic notes from their previous interaction. Your job is to: • Call each contact, briefly reintroduce our company, highlight one current offer, and gauge their interest in buying again. • During the same conversation, verify or update their physical mailing address, noting any changes exactly as the customer states them. • Log the outcome of every call—status (re-engaged, follow-up needed, no answer, wrong number, etc.), updated address details, and any remarks that could help our sales team’s next steps. Tools & format: enter all results directly in the Google Sheet provided; calls may be placed from your own VOIP or phone system as long as the caller ID shows a local number (I can supply a virtual number if needed). Accuracy is crucial: I will spot-check addresses against USPS validation, so please type them verbatim. Deliverable is the completed spreadsheet with​​ clean, confirmed addresses and clear notes for each former customer on the list. If this first batch runs smoothly, I have additional files waiting.
