I’m expanding our U.S.–based home-services platform and need a remote dispatcher who can keep jobs, contractors, and clients moving smoothly through our internal workflow. Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll monitor incoming service requests, enter new bookings into our proprietary CRM, assign vetted contractors once jobs are confirmed, and keep every work order’s status current while messaging providers as things progress. Success in this role comes down to written English that’s crisp and friendly, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay online during EST business hours.
