1. To sell corporate membership and advertising to school suppliers, educational show exhibitors and advertisers in other educational magazines.
2. To sell advertising space in our subject specific magazines (about Design and Technology education) and email shots
Both aspects of the task will have a similar audience therefore the initial conversation could be about either membership or advertising.
Some specific tasks:
• Ensure current advertisers are retained and their series of advertising renews each year in each magazine or emailshot
• Ensure the yearly financial target for corporate membership and advertising is met
• Generate new leads for advertisers and membership
• Create a pipeline of new sales of advertising and membership
• Ensure the sales process is completed once a sale is agreed (complete booking forms for finance team to raise invoices and update spreadsheets for each magazine edition to keep shared overview)
This work is estimated to take around a day a week but if there is potential to increase results, this can be reviewed and extended.
