Managing the day-to-day operations of my brand-new snooker and gaming café in Chennai’s second branch calls for a hands-on, on-site operations manager. Real-time problem solving and clear, upbeat communication with both guests and staff will be essential every shift. I value prior experience that shows you already understand the pace and quirks of an entertainment venue—running a gaming café, esports lounge, bowling alley, or similar space is ideal. A track record in customer-first service and people management is equally important, because many of our regulars spend hours on-site and expect quick resolutions to technical or service issues.
