Day to day you’ll be the first point of contact for riders, hotels, and partners, handling three core areas: customer communication, hotel coordination, and file management on our shared Drive. Main responsibilities • Customer communication – send receipts, follow up on tour confirmations, and stay on top of every email, phone call, or inquiry that lands in the inbox. • Hotel coordination – request rates, confirm bookings, and keep a friendly, persistent line of follow-up with each property until every room is secured. • File management – organise itineraries, invoices, and marketing assets in Google Drive so the team can always find the latest version. I will count on you to: • Send confirmations, detailed itineraries, invoices, and pre-tour information to riders. • Track payments, issue receipts promptly, and chase any overdue amounts. • Assist with accommodation, transport, meal, and activity bookings, liaising with hotels, guides, mechanics, and other local partners. • Respond to online inquiries and reviews in clear, fluent English. • Support managers and tour leaders with any other daily admin that pops up. Fluent spoken and written English is essential, along with a proactive attitude and solid experience working with email, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace.
