Hiring Virtual Assistant (Metro Manila) – Water Heater Company We are a Singapore-based Water Heater Company looking for a Virtual Assistant based in Metro Manila to help us set up and manage our operations in Manila. Step 1: Local Setup (Fixed Project Hours) This is a one-time setup task to help us start operations in Metro Manila -Find reliable and licensed water heater installers in Metro Manila -Contact installers and collect installation quotations -Check and compare local delivery / courier prices -Help us identify the best partners for installation and delivery -Received our first shipment of products locally Step 2: Order & Customer Management (Ongoing Work) After the setup is completed, this will become ongoing work. -Manage orders through our WooCommerce website -Respond to customer inquiries -Provide product information and basic support -Manage and update product stock/inventory -Coordinate with installers once a customer confirms installation -Arrange delivery and schedule installation when needed -Provide basic after-sales support Requirements: -Physically Based in Metro Manila -Good English communication skills -Organized and responsible -Experience with WooCommerce / e-commerce is a plus -Customer service experience preferred
