I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can keep our customers happy every single day. Your primary focus will be customer relationship management: answering questions about our products and services, giving accurate order-status updates, walking customers through basic technical issues, and turning complaints into resolutions that leave people smiling. Each touchpoint must be logged in our CRM, and you’ll create or update customer records as needed so nothing slips through the cracks. Clean, friendly written English is a must because most of the work happens over email and live chat, with the occasional follow-up call. If you’ve already worked inside platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or a similar tool, be sure to highlight that experience. I can also put your bookkeeping or research skills to use, think reconciling a small batch of invoices in QuickBooks or digging up quick market comparisons, so there’s room for extra hours if you’re interested. Deliverables • Inbox and chat channels cleared daily with prompt, accurate replies • Complaints tracked from first message to full resolution, then summarized in our CRM • CRM records created, updated, and tagged correctly in real time • End-of-week report outlining resolved issues, open tickets, and notable customer feedback • (Optional) Light bookkeeping entries or short research briefs when assigned The initial commitment is 3-4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with potential to grow.
