Wedding Bartenders Needed Oct 2026

Our wedding is set for 10 October 2026 in Horse Shoe, NC (28742) and we need two professional bartenders to run the bar from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for roughly 120 guests. I will have all beverages, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar tools ready on site; you simply bring your expertise and friendly service. The bar will offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Although we don’t have a built-in bar, I can provide a basic six-foot table and nearby access to water and power—let me know if you have simple layout requests so we can map them into the floor plan. ​Tip jars are welcome, and you’re invited to enjoy dinner from our full-service catered buffet during your break. What I’m specifically looking for • Two bartenders who are comfortable with a 120-guest flow and can maintain a professional, upbeat tone all evening • Current certification in mixology or bartending or proven experience with large events • Familiarity with North Carolina alcohol service regulations and a commitment to safe serving practices Deliverables 1. Arrival at least 30 minutes early for setup and any final walk-throughs 2.
