Your core focus is to lift customer satisfaction by replying quickly, accurately, and politely. You will have partial reply scripts to guide you; feel free to adapt the tone or wording when a situation calls for a personal touch. Typical conversations revolve around stock checks, order assistance, and the occasional complaint that needs calm resolution or escalation. Deliverables I expect: • All messages during your shift answered within a reasonable response window (max 10 minutes for WhatsApp). • Polite, solution-oriented language that follows the provided script framework. • A brief daily recap noting frequent questions, any complaints escalated, and suggested improvements.
