We are looking for just such a professional, someone who can engage a wide range of people, from city county and state government, to K-12, to colleges and universities, in the adoption of software that they will use every day. You will be a liaison between the software publisher’s implementation team and the people who will be affected by this new software. By executing the Prosci ADKAR Model, with an emphasis on communication/planning and execution, you will lead the client’s team through the implementation/adoption process, thereby ensuring a smoother path for our software publisher partner’s implementation team.
But this job is about more than just executing change management initiatives. During the time with the client, you will be the primary representative of our firm. Your role will be to instill confidence, trust, and prepare us to establish an ongoing relationship with the client.
We have an exclusive relationship with our time and attendance/payroll software publishing partner and expect that what are 10 engagements in 2013 will become 30 in 2014. These opportunities are nationwide, and some travel is anticipated. It is imperative that we grow this team with professionals of the highest caliber who share our customer-focused and leadership values.
