CRM / Order Monitoring Operator – ARC Raiders Team Operations

About the Role We are looking for dedicated team members to join our CRM / Order Monitoring team for ARC Raiders operations. This role focuses on monitoring incoming orders from our website and processing them efficiently through our work terminal system. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work long shifts, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Monitor incoming orders from the website in real time Input and assign orders through our internal work terminal Verify and confirm order details before processing Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accuracy and speed when handling multiple orders Work Schedule Full availability required Up to 12 hours per day Shift-based schedule (day/night rotation may apply) Requirements Stable and high-speed internet connection PC or laptop with strong performance (gaming-level specs preferred) Ability to stay focused during long shifts Fast typing and good attention to detail Responsible, responsive, and able to work in a team environment Experience with CRM tools or order management systems is a plus Preferred Gaming PC or high-performance laptop Familiarity with online game services or gaming communities Previous experience in order processing, CRM, or operations roles How to Apply Send the following: Short introduction about yourself Your PC/laptop specifications Your internet speed Your availability (hours per day) Any relevant experience
