Customer Experience Work from Home Agent

We are looking for a charming, well-spoken, and detail-oriented person to answer customer phone calls and emails from 15:00 – 23:00 (US East Coast 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Must be available weekends as well. We will train you in everything you need to know to answer product-based questions, assist customers with returns and exchanges, and handle customer phone calls and emails. We are a small team of quirky people, who enjoy helping our customers, learning new things, and enjoying each other’s company while we work.
Fluent spoken and written English.

An excellent internet connection (you’ll be using your own computer and installing our VPN for customer security)
The rate for this ongoing position is 1440 HUF/hr which is the equivalent of about 5 USD or 4.45 Euro. For the first 30 days or so, there will be 30 hours per week. After the first month, the schedule will be closer to 40 hours per week. We welcome applicants from all over the world.
