Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Support Representative to join our team at Splendid Concierge. Our company specializes in providing luxury concierge services to upscale clients around the world. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, but also will have an opportunity to become a business partner and earn on a profit share basis.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing business and become a part of the leadership team. Unfortunately, my previous business partner had to leave the company due to health issues, and I am looking for a new partner to take on this role and grow the business together.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat
Assisting customers with booking reservations, making travel arrangements, and handling any other requests
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining customer information and updating customer records
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Participating in business development and decision making as a business partner
Earning on a profit share basis
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Experience in a customer service or concierge role is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to become a business partner
