We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our customer service team in managing day-to-day enquiries and operations for our Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) leasing business in Singapore (Benoi). The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to drivers while ensuring service standards and operational requirements are met. Key responsibilities include supervising a team handling driver enquiries related to vehicle leasing, rental agreements, payments, renewals, and maintenance. The supervisor will act as the escalation point for complex cases such as service complaints, accident-related matters, breakdowns, and contract disputes. The role also involves ensuring customer service KPIs and response timelines are consistently achieved. You will coordinate with internal departments including fleet management, workshop partners, operations, and finance to resolve issues effectively. Additional responsibilities include scheduling duty rosters, managing leave planning, conducting training and performance evaluations, reviewing feedback, improving processes, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and PHV leasing regulations. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of customer service experience and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role. Experience in PHV, vehicle leasing, automotive, logistics, or transport industries is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems is expected.
