This position is for Social Media and Customer Support for two brands. The first brand is an e-commerce and interior design company and the second brand is an online coaching and community brand. The founders of each brand work together, so one employee to split between the two of them will be best. The business owners are both Spanish and will have customers in English and Spanish and therefore a bilingual candidate is best.
Here are the job responsibilities:
1. Answer customer support emails in a timely manner based on direction given from the team.
2. Build customer support resources and processes to improve efficiency of department.
3. Report back to business owners weekly on the issues solved for that week.
1. Post original content based on images and brand direction given to you by business owners.
2. Curate relevant content based on brand colors, message, and other details.
3. Respond to followers who engage with the brand.
4. Reach out to prospects who fit ideal client avatar in order to drive engagement.
