*Join us for interviews to help us deeply understand your existing work and your main challenges
*Provide feedback on concepts and features that we are planning to build
- Must-have requirements
*3+ months experience over the past 5 years in email / chat / social media customer service, either *as a customer service agent or manager
*Customer service work experience in an organisation with at least 10 customer service agents
*Familiarity with Zendesk
*Willing to commit to a minimum of 4 hours (split over several weeks) of interviews with us
