Saya ingin membuat survei untuk menilai kepuasan karyawan di perusahaan kami. Fokus utama survei harus mencakup tiga aspek: • Lingkungan kerja • Gaji dan tunjangan • Peluang pengembangan karir Saya membutuhkan bantuan untuk: 1. Merumuskan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang jelas, netral, dan mudah dipahami. 2. Menyusun urutan pertanyaan agar respons tetap objektif dan tingkat penyelesaiannya tinggi. 3. Memilih atau menyiapkan platform online yang praktis—misalnya Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, atau alat serupa—beserta panduan singkat cara menggunakannya. 4. Menyiapkan template laporan sederhana sehingga hasil dapat segera dipresentasikan kepada manajemen. Saya masih baru di dunia freelancing, jadi tolong jelaskan langkah-langkah penting secara singkat saat menyerahkan hasil akhir. Saya terbuka untuk saran profesional Anda tentang jumlah pertanyaan ideal, skala penilaian (Likert), maupun teknik anonymisasi data agar karyawan merasa nyaman menjawab.
