One 'Data' tab that has to accept three different data types is where these workbooks usually break, since each type has its own columns and a shared header set ends up half empty. I'd use a long format with a Type column so the pivots and slicers stay valid. My closest experience is data-processing pipelines in Python, not Excel dashboards.
