Your dashboard charts will quietly stop covering the new rows the first time you paste in another month of sales, unless the cleaned data sits in a real Excel Table and the charts read structured references off it, so that's how I'd build it, cleaned data on its own sheet as a Table, PivotTables and PivotCharts pointed at that Table, and a dashboard sheet that redraws when you drop in new rows and hit refresh. On the cleaning side I don't dedupe on exact cell matches, because that leaves ACME Ltd. and Acme Ltd sitting there as two different customers, so I build a normalized key column first, trimmed and case folded with punctuation stripped, dedupe on that, and leave your original text untouched in the delivered file. Blanks get handled by column and not globally, a missing region stays visible and flagged, a missing quantity doesn't silently become a zero, and you get a short sheet listing every row I touched so you can check my work line by line. One honest limit, I do the work in formulas and Power Query, not VBA macros, so if you want a click-a-button workbook that's not me. What makes a row unique in your data, an order id on its own, or an order id plus a line number? That answer changes how the dedupe runs.
