Excel Macro and Formula Specialist

I need an Excel expert to fix some issues in my spreadsheet. The project is urgent and I require it to be completed ASAP. Key Issues: - Difficulty with macros - Conditional statements in formulas not working correctly - Colour coding if employees aren't inducted on a particular project - Formulas page where employees have their site and project inductions displayed and easily edited by excel basic users - Fix convoluted formulas within the spreadsheet - If Employees are scheduled for a particular day they disappear from the list to avoid double ups. - Have a tiered system that references project first, site second and job third - Jobs Merge and center under their selected site and sites merge and center under their selected project so they can be all seem in the same area of the spreadsheet - Make it easy to add new projects/Sites/jobs - Make it easy to add new employees - Make it easy to continue past the 4 weeks within the spreadsheet already. - Fix the tally at the end of each week as it isn't calculating correctly - Excel Spreadsheet attached. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Excel macros and VBA - Strong understanding of conditional statements and complex formulas - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve spreadsheet issues quickly - Experience with data formatting and spreadsheet optimization Please provide examples of similar work done and estimated time to complete.
