I have a collection of text-based information that needs to be transferred into an Excel workbook. The job is purely data entry: copying or typing the provided text into the correct rows and columns while keeping Excel’s default settings for fonts, sizes, and cell styles. No custom colors or advanced formatting are necessary—just accurate placement of the text exactly where it belongs. You’ll receive: • A clear template that shows the column headings and the order in which the fields should be filled. • All source material in either PDF or Word format, ready for you to reference. I have done this before with much more data. It was 100 pages of data. My approach: • Carefully check data as whole before starting • Use Excel functions (SUM, cross-checks, lookups) to verify totals and consistency • Double-check entries to minimize any risk of errors • Flag any discrepancies or unusual values for your review Deliverables: • Fully completed spreadsheet with verified totals • Short report noting any inconsistencies or potential issues I’m ready to start immediately once you provide the files.
