I have a set of soil-quality indicator measurements from an agricultural biosystems engineering experiment that now needs rigorous statistical treatment. The raw spreadsheets first have to be organised and cleaned, then analysed primarily in R—my preferred platform—although familiarity with SPSS or advanced Excel could come in handy if you want to cross-check results. Here is what I need from you: • Data preparation: organise, label and screen the files for missing values or outliers. • Analysis: run the appropriate ANOVA models and follow-up T-tests to determine where significant differences lie. • Visual output: create publication-ready plots, charts and summary tables that clearly communicate the findings. • Interpretation: draft a concise narrative (a few paragraphs) explaining the statistical significance and practical implications for soil management. Because this will feed directly into an academic manuscript, experience with agricultural or environmental research methods is essential, along with a solid grounding in statistical theory. If you are comfortable scripting in R, producing clean ggplot2 visuals, and double-checking assumptions behind ANOVA and T-tests, we should be a perfect match. Please briefly outline similar projects you have handled and the typical turnaround time you can offer. I am ready to share the dataset as soon as we agree on the approach.
