XML to XLS conversion with multiple iterations; hourly pay This project involves converting a large number of XML files into a much smaller number of Excel files. The project will require several iterations, as I am myself unsure of the data structure. I need to work with the programmer to study intermediary outputs and advise on the next steps. I commit to respond within 24-48 hours after each iteration, and my goal is to complete everything in a maximum of three weeks. Since I cannot define the project scope exactly at this time (until I see the data), the best way is to pay by the hour. The complete data is available here: [login to view URL] As you can see, each fiscal year contains between 10 and 20 zip files, and each zip file contains approximately 10,000 to 15,000 XML files. Since we are dealing with seven fiscal years (2019-2025) plus a few files for 2026, I estimate the total number of XML files to be approximately 1.5 million. I need a programmer who is available to work with me on this in partnership so that we can understand the data structure together. The actual scope of the project will be finalized after I see a sufficient number of converted files (ideally 1% of them).
