Hi. I recently rebuilt my own GitHub portfolio for exactly this reason, so I know how to make complete-but-plain projects actually read well to someone skimming. What I'd do: for each project, a clear skimmable README (problem, approach, key results up top), clean charts/visuals pulled from the analysis, a short results summary with the numbers that matter, and consistent structure and naming across repos so the whole portfolio looks intentional. I can add simple data-flow / pipeline diagrams where they help, plus a tidy top-level profile README that ties everything together. Send me the repo links and tell me which projects matter most and I'll start there. The goal: someone skimming for 30 seconds immediately gets what you built and how well it works.
