I need a reliable researcher on the ground in Kasambira to verify a candidate’s past employment claims. Your task is to make direct contact with the stated employer(s), confirm that the person really worked there, and capture the basic facts—job title, start and end dates, and the legitimacy of the organisation itself. You will be expected to: • Reach out by phone, email, or in-person visit (whatever proves most effective locally). • Obtain confirmation from an authorised representative—preferably HR or a direct supervisor. • Produce a short, clear report that includes the verifier’s name, role, contact information, and the confirmed details of employment. Accuracy and discretion are critical; I will provide the candidate’s consent letter once we start.
