I’m expecting verified, current emails that an official monitors not generic website forms. Where several addresses exist, choose the one most clearly intended for international or public correspondence. If the address is unavailable after diligent search, mark the cell “N/A” and cite the source that led to that conclusion. Please use whatever research tools you’re comfortable with advanced Google operators, official government portals, WHO/IMF directories, FOIA-friendly databases, even light web scraping or OSINT techniques—so long as they stay within legal and ethical bounds. Deliverable (within 12 hours of acceptance): • A UTF-8-encoded spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) containing: Country, Department (Foreign Affairs / Health / Finance), Contact Name or Title, Email Address, Source URL, and Timestamp of verification.
