We are looking for a great all round administration assistant with a good eye for detail. Prior experience supporting an executive /professional services firm in a recruitment and human resources capacity would be an advantage, in addition to skills in sales, marketing, newsletter campaigns and reading resumes /cv to code up skills. Good research, intuition and problem solving skills would be an advantage.
1. Newsletter unsubscriber clean up.
We have a CRM / ats or applicant tracking system (called Bullhorn) we use for our recruitment firm. Having just run a newsletter campaign using Mailchimp, we need someone to update information in Bullhorn with the subscribers who have unsubscribed from the newsletter so they don't receive next months newsletter.
2. Edit and clean up data in records:
We have several candidate, company and contacts missing data or data is not formatted correctly. Examples would included adding job titles, adding/editing telephone numbers, email address, street addresses, websites etc.

There are about 60-70 newsletter subscribers that need to have their status edited to they don't receive future newsletters

Role will require good attention to detail, and ability to read resumes /cv's to ensure data has been extracted and populated correctly in the database, files are labelled correctly and information is presented in the right format (a person who has worked in a QA/ISO quality assured environment would be of value).
