We are looking for a customer service rep (handling tickets) to join our team. You will be answering tickets using our ticketing system, Zendesk, and also monitoring our Facebook groups for any customer support issues.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
- Zendesk ticketing system experience
- Experience using Infusionsoft
- Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Self-starter, self-motivated
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
