The “Local Search Volume?? must be a minimum of 2400 b. The “Estimated Avg. CPC?? must be a minimum of $1.00 USD 4) Check if the exact keyword exists as a website URL. a. Type in the keyword exactly as it shows up in the Google Keyword Tool b. Note whether the keyword is available as a [url removed, login to view], .net, or .org.
