I require the full contact details for the 4000 members on a public website to be entered onto a Excel database. The database is also to be created as part of this project.
The public website's membership list is fully searchable and includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses* and website addresses for all 4000 members.
(* to combat spamming, I assume, the email addresses for each member have been displayed with a space either side of the '@' symbol. In the contact database, I require these spaces to be removed and the email address to read as normal.)
The Excel spreadsheet is to be itself fully searchable and able to be categorized, at least alphabetically and regionally/by UK county.
The purpose of the Excel spreadsheet is enable information to be sent to the members by post, email or text.
In the first instance, I am looking for your responses to demonstrate that you can create at least the output I require and what the timing and cost will be.
