Thank you for looking at my posted project and PLEASE READ CAREFULLY my project description and attachments. There is a test attached to confirm you understand my requirements.
I require specific data from a PDF doc (I will supply) to be entered by way of copy and paste into an Excel Spreadsheet. There are only 4 columns in the Excel spreadsheet that need to be completed – Date, Description, Number, Number.
I have attached a “Sample PDF Source Doc before data entry” and I have highlighted the information that I have copied and pasted into the “Sample Excel Worksheet after data entry” to show what type of data entry I require. The source docs you will be supplied with will not be highlighted so it is up to the ability of the Freelancer to extract the correct information from the source doc and copy and paste it correctly into the Excel Spreadsheet. I have attached a “TEST” source doc for you to enter into an Excel spreadsheet using the same method as my “Sample” docs to complete and include with you submission for this project. I WILL ONLY CONSIDER APPLICANTS that have submitted a spreadsheet correctly filled out from the attached “TEST” doc.
The hardest part of this project is to select what information from the description in the source doc (I have highlighted this in yellow for you) is required to be copied and entered in the spreadsheet. I will discuss this further with the successful Freelancer. Refer to my attached samples to get a better understanding.
Payment – will be performance based being $5 USD pay for every 100 rows completed. Milestones will be created and released after every 1000 completed rows. Each row will be checked before payment and $2 USD will be deducted for each incorrect row.
Time performance – I require a minimum of 1000 completed rows per day. The total number is unknown at this stage however is estimated to be more than 3000. The Freelancer must be able to meet this delivery target and able to start the project immediately.
Communication – The successful Freelancer must be able to communicate on Skype during the project and must be easily accessible. This project will require ALL DAY EVERY DAY ATTENTION FOR ABOUT 3 OR MORE DAYS– SO PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOBS CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS.
The successful Freelancer must have;
Good English communication skills
Adobe Acrobat XI Pro or Similar to Copy and Paste from PDF to Excel
Ability to understand what information is required in Description column
Attention to detail and zero error data entry
