Macro scrape and email - repost

i have a specific site that i belong to that i want the data scrapped. A macro will have to be built to scrape the data and put into an excel format. I then an email sent out to the emails in the list along with a word document. The person who does this job will need to let a computer run in background for several days as the website data is big 200,000 emails. I can only send 500 emails out an hour so the emails will to be throttled down to allow that many.
$50 , I must be able to use this data and get the information to send again later on my own. so i will need the codes for the macro and the codes for sending out the emails. Although the scrape may take days the macro should only take an hour to build. all the data is in the same location.
