I am looking to get a few excel sheets designed. For a bit of background to put it in context.
I buy and sell property and am looking for 2 or 3 excel sheets to be designed.
1 - which can compare mortgages etc and costs over 6 months, 1 year etc etc. Having several cells for variables such as fees and rates etc.
2 - which can run profit splits based on certain criteria such as ROI, Project length and Equity contributed etc.
Dependant on the above two, the 3rd will be a combination of the two.
I would think it'll be several hours worth of work, although cannot be certain. Happy to be very accommodating on cost and time. Am on both email and Skype permanently, so communication should not be an issue.
