Hello, I need to contact to a bunch of teachers in my area. From this page: [url removed, login to view] Create an excel spreadsheet with the following info. School name, address, city, state, zip, phone, Teacher's last name, Teacher's first name, position title, email address, website address. 1. go to the pull down menu and choose "all." 2. go to each school page and grab the mailing address from the very bottom of the page. 3. At the top of the page, click on "our school." Pull down to "Faculty." 4. Grab the list (Four columns) Last name, First name, Position, Email. DO NOT DRAG the phone, address, zip columns when filling the excel file. Excel will do a count and increase each number by 1. You'll need to copy/paste these columns. ** For some schools, they do not list emails. Please take a quick look around for any email on the site. Then move on to the next site. Please note the web address of the school missing the email addresses. Please look at the link above and figure out how much time this might take before you bid. I believe all the pages are setup the same, but you should check... Thanks, Scott
