we need a total of 10 recruitment agents who work from home and can generate clients, and job seekers(candidates) conduct phone interviews and do screening before they are submitted to myself , where i will interview the candidate and send them through to employer.\
I need a further 5 recruiters to be from the Gold Coast, Australia to work beside myself in an established office. They will carry out the regular duties of a job placement and career counseling officer. They will be working also on a base + commission salary.
Each successful candidate,there will be a commission.
after 3 months of employment the pay will raise to 500USD weekly + commission for each candidate
