Find 3 contacts for each hospital listed by searching on search engines or looking on the staff/administrators/directories section of hospital websites. We need the hospital name, first name, last name, email address, phone number, title, and state. Each contact should be put in a separate row into the excel sheet provided.
We will pay for the percentage of contacts that you successfully find. So for example, if you could only find 90% of the contacts, we'll pay 90% of the agreed upon price for the project.
All contacts should have these titles, or a CLOSE variation of them. We only want the contact if there is an email AND phone number (need both):
-VP/director of patient experience
-VP/director of patient relations
-VP/director of quality improvement
-VP/director of training
-VP/director of education
-VP/director of community relations
-VP/director of diversity
-VP/director of innovation
-director/manager of language services
-director/manager of interpreter services
-director/manager of language translation (NOT clinician research translation, we are only looking for LANGUAGE translation)
If you find more than 3 contacts for each hospitals with those titles, we'll compensate you another $0.15 for each additional contact. We'll take as many contacts as you can find with those titles. But make sure that they are close variations of the titles that we listed. For example, for "VP/director of innovation", it could be be director of innovation, VP of innovation, VP of clinical innovation, director of care innovation....something with the word innovation in it.
All hospitals listed in the spreadsheet are in these US states: New York or Texas. Incase you find multiple hospitals with the same names, please only look for hospitals in these 2 states.
Tip: If you know the name of the contact you're looking for, and you know the url of the hospital's website, you can do a google search for "FirstName LastName @hospitalurl.com". When you see the search results page, do a control+find for the @ symbol to highlight all the email addresses on that search results page. You should be able to see that contact's email address there 50%+ of the time.
